Regimens for Acne

Acne - Oily, Combination or Normal Skin
Acne Vulgaris & Cystic Acne
Moderate to Severe Acne

AM    Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Acne Inhibiting Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on, do not rinse off.
          Green Tea/Clay Mask - Apply very thinly to problem areas and rub in to disappear.
          Salicylic-Glycolic Gel or Glycolic Gel - Apply thinly, leave on, do not rinse off.
PM    Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Acne Inhibiting Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on, do not rinse off.
          Salicylic-Glycolic Gel or Glycolic Gel - Apply thinly, leave on, do not rinse off.
          Green Tea/Clay Mask - Apply more liberally than in AM, leave on.
Light to Moderate Acne
AM    Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Green Tea/Clay Mask - Apply very thinly to problem areas and rub in to disappear.
          Salicylic-Glycolic Gel or Glycolic Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on, do not rinse off.
PM    Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.

Acne Rosacea
Moderate to Severe Acne
AM    Antibacterial or Bacteriostat Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Follicle Clearing Lotion - Apply following cleansing and leave on.
          Acne Inhibiting Gel - Apply and leave on.

          Salicylic-Glycolic Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on.
Note: Perform treatment after shaving, rather than before.
Normal and Combination Skin
AM    Antibacterial Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Glycolic Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on.
PM    Antibacterial Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Glycolic Gel - Apply following cleansing, leave on.

Dry Skin
AM    Bacteriostat Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Follicle Clearing Lotion - Apply following cleansing, leave on, do not rinse off.
          Moisture Complex - Use as needed, leave on.
PM    Bacteriostat Cleanser - Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
          Follicle Clearing Lotion - Apply following cleansing, leave on.
          Moisture Complex - Use as needed, leave on.
Note: Perform treatment after shaving, rather than before.

Herpes Simplex (Cold Sores)
Antibacterial or Bacteriostat Cleanser - Use daily.  Apply to damp face, work into lather, rinse off.
Acne Inhibiting Gel - Apply 3-4 times daily at first sign of cold sores, and continue for 2-4 days until sores disappear.

Blackheads/Whiteheads
AM    Cleanser (BiON cleanser of choice).
          Blackhead/Whitehead Controller - Apply following cleansing, rub in lightly, leave on, do not rinse off.
          Other skin care products - Apply other routine products such as acne products and sunscreen.
PM    Cleanser (BiON cleanser of choice).
          Blackhead/Whitehead Controller - Apply following cleansing, rub in lightly, leave on, do not rinse off.
Note: Use Controller twice daily until blackheads disappear, about 2-3 weeks. Then use once daily to maintain results.

Oil Control
AM    Glycolic Cleanser.
          Other skin care products - Apply other routine products such as acne products and sunscreen.
          Oil Absorbing Gel - Apply after other skin care products and after sunscreen.
          Make-up - Apply (if desired) after Oil Absorbing Gel.
Note: If going out in the evening, Oil Absorbing Gel can be reapplied, even over make-up.
PM    Cleanser (BiON cleanser of choice).
          Other skin care products - Apply other routine products such as acne products, etc.
Green Tea/ Clay Mask - Use 3-7 times weekly.  Apply in PM following other (acne) products and
          leave on all night.  Wash off in the AM regimen.
